Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for the construction of: Cherry Poplar Alley Water Main
Replacement will be received by the City of Missoula, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana, 59802 until
2:00 p.m. local time (MT), on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The bids will then be publicly opened
and read aloud from the City of Missoula, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 via virtual Microsoft

The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City’s electronic
bidding site, www.questcdn.com or www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids.
This project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installing approximately 872 LF of 4-
inch HDPE DIPS DR11 in the alley between Cherry Street and Poplar Street from Van Buren Street to past
Taylor Street in Missoula, MT. Connections will be made to existing water mains. The existing water services
will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances, fittings, and other items
necessary to complete the project are detailed on the construction plans. All restoration of disturbed areas
including asphalt, concrete, gravel, landscaping, and irrigation, and other miscellaneous work is
included.
The complete Invitation to Bid, Contract Documents consisting of half-size Drawings, and Project Manual
may be viewed or obtained on-line beginning on November 22, 2025.
Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. QuestCDN is a web-based
platform for construction project advertisements, bid documents distribution and plan holder lists.
Prospective bidders will need the seven-digit QuestCDN project number (9944892) to locate the job on
the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not
purchased contract documents through QuestCDN.
A mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 p.m., local
time (MT), on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the following link or by contacting Cory Davis or Andrew
