Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for the construction of: Woodford and Myrtle Water Main
Replacements Phase 1 will be received by the City of Missoula, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana,
59802 until 2:00 p.m. local time (MT), on Thursday, December 11, 2025. The bids will then be publicly
opened and read aloud from the City of Missoula, 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 via virtual
Microsoft Teams Meeting at the following link:

The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City’s electronic
bidding site, www.questcdn.com or www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids.
This project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installing approximately 2054 LF
of 8-inch Class 350 DIP in Woodford Street and Myrtle Street from Florence to South 4th Street West in
Missoula, MT. Connections will be made to existing water mains and fire hydrants will be installed. The
existing water services will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances,
fittings, and other items necessary to complete the project are detailed on the construction plans. All
restoration of disturbed areas including asphalt, concrete, gravel, landscaping, and irrigation, and other
miscellaneous work are included.
The complete Invitation to Bid, Contract Documents consisting of half-size Drawings, and Project Manual
may be viewed or obtained on-line beginning on November 22, 2025.
Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. QuestCDN is a web-based
platform for construction project advertisements, bid documents distribution and plan holder lists.
Prospective bidders will need the seven-digit QuestCDN project number (9944893) to locate the job on
the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not
purchased contract documents through QuestCDN.
A mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 p.m., local
time (MT), on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the following link or by contacting Cory Davis or Andrew
