The DEP seek a consultant to provide Construction Management Services for the Flushing Creek Combined Sewer Overflow Disinfection Facilities. This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
