440 Lenox Road – Nurses Residence Fire Escape Upgrade

The State University of New York at SUNY DOWNSTATE HEALTH SCIENCES UNIVERSITY will receive Statement of Qualifications from project number 2430 titled 440 Lenox Road – Nurses Residence Fire Escape Upgrade until March 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM (EST) .

Brief Project Background

The State University Hospital at Downstate Nurses Residence has a total of nine (9) fire escapes that require corrective work, including 2 that require design modification to be compliant. The selected consultant will receive a copy of the completed assessment, dated August 30, 2022. The University requests that the consultant complete a design that provides corrective measures for deficiencies and compliance. All works on this contract is to be completed within 365 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

A Mandatory Walkthrough is scheduled for February 10, 2025 at 10am .

Please use the 450 Clarkson Avenue Entrance. You will need a government-issued ID to enter the building.
