Adirondack Youth Conservation Program

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking a qualified Contractor for the operation of a youth conservation program consisting of recruiting, accommodating, and supervising a group of volunteer program participants in a remote Department facility, training participants, and providing practical experience for participants in the maintenance and/or development of Adirondack Forest Preserve trails, facilities and appurtenances.

Proposers shall adhere to the NYS DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION GUIDELINES REGARDING PERMISSIBLE CONTACTS DURING A PROCUREMENT AND THE PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE LOBBYING INFLUENCE.
