Description: The Natural Heritage Trust (“NHT”) is seeking proposals from Certified Public Accounting Firms interested in providing professional audit and tax preparation services beginning with the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The NHT is a public benefit corporation of the State of New York. It receives and manages gifts, grants and contributions to further public programs in support of parks, conservation, recreation, historic preservation and waterfront revitalization goals. NHT is also tax exempt pursuant to Section 170(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and has been designated a 501(c)(3) corporation.
