Replacement of the Print Operations Management System

The NYS Office of General Services Division of Financial Administration, on behalf of the OGS Central Printing Division, is seeking proposals to replace the existing Print Operations Management System (POMS) with a cloud-based POMS application that provides web-based features for State Agencies to place print orders while providing back-office staff the ability manage orders, inventory, and internal controls.

The following minimum requirements must be met by each Proposer:

A. Continuity of Business Operation: Proposers must have been in continuous business for at least ten years.

B. Experience: Proposers must have at least ten years of experience in providing central print operations management systems.

C. Server Pools: The Proposer's server pools must reside in the Continental United States for both the lower environment and production environments.

OGS intends to award a single contract to the responsive and responsible Proposer offering the best value to the State, receiving the highest total score using the evaluation criteria stated in Section 4 - Evaluation and Selection Process.
