Patient Satisfaction Surveys
Description:
Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH), SUNY Downstate and SUNY Upstate hospitals are seeking a HCAHPS authorized vendor to perform patient satisfaction surveys.
Requirements are as follows but not limited to:

Vendor must be able to provide immediate trends data and compare any work that is to be done with previously bench-marked data.

Vendor must have a comparative database and local peer group so that SBUH, SUNY Downstate and SUNY Upstate survey results can be compared to hundreds of Hospitals worldwide.

Vendor must have a comparative Long Island Hospital database as well.

Vendor must be able to provide the same format for all questionnaires, such as a 5-point Likert scale.

All survey reports must follow a unified format. All tables, graphs and charts are to follow the same layout. All statistics, whether complex or unique, must be arrived at in the same methodology and manner. For example: provide the mean score of survey items.
