The Public School Employees’ Retirement Board’s (“Board”) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”) is seeking proposals to satisfy a need for RETIREE DENTAL BENEFITS FOR THE HEALTH OPTIONS PROGRAM ("HOP"). The Board is looking for a qualified insurance carrier to provide a fully insured, voluntary retiree Dental Preferred Provider Organization (“DPPO”) Plan for Medicare-eligible participants who are in the HOP Medical Plan or the Value Medical Plan (and other similar plans as they may be implemented). | ||||||
