The solicitation of the following goods and/or services is under the authority of the Texas Government Code 2166.003 (B), construction projects undertaken by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is currently requiring bids to establish a purchase order for the procurement of installation of gas piping from existing gas meter at the Holliday unit to the new training building, dorm building, and gun range to include necessary fittings as needed for design and testing per code.
