Description:
PURPOSE
Tompkins County is seeking proposals from consultants to provide services for three distinct program tiers:

Business Energy Advisors Program (BEA) for New Construction or Major Renovation Projects
-
Enhanced BEA for Nonprofits - Energy System Design
-
Energy Consulting for Nonprofits - Heating Systems Bids
Additionally, consultants will assist in preparing Information Guides:

Developing and Updating a Running List of Local, State, and Federal Incentives
-
Developing and Updating a Resilience Guide for Businesses Installing Clean Energy Technologies
