Intent to Sole Source - Dedicated Internet Access - Honolulu

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Hawaiian Telcom in Honolulu, HI for Internet Service. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source and existing infrastructure of the building/location.
