Description

The Ministry of Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration is seeking an experienced consultant or consulting firm to undertake an evaluation of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). This evaluation will assess the immediate and intermediate outcomes attributable to the AAIP pertaining to the program's relevance, efficiency and effectiveness.
The selected proponent will be responsible for designing and conducting the evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods, analyzing existing administrative and labour market data, and engaging relevant stakeholders. The goal is to generate evidence-based insights and recommendations to inform program improvement and future policy direction.
