Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:15 PM, Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, at Village Hall, Meeting Room A. Award of Contract, if one is to be made, is scheduled by the Village Council at their regular meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 5th, 2026.

The Village of Palatine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept any proposal that the Village Council deems most favorable to the Village's interests.
