Invitation to Bid - M&T Bank Stadium Renovations - GMP#21

The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 21 is for North East Synthetic Turf work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:

  • 32F North East Synthetic Turf

Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.

All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through Procore Bidding.


This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room, must be completed,and submitted with all bid proposals.

Bids are due on February 18, 2026, by no later than 2:00pm via Procore.

Requests for Information (RFI) are due by February 10, 2026, by no later than 4:00pm.
