Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Gravel Parking Lot Asset Management Plan and Standards Development
The City requires engineering services from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to complete network-level gravel parking lot condition data collection, lifecycle analysis, and creation of a gravel parking lot maintenance strategy, gravel parking lot design specifications and recommendations of service level requirements (methodology, resources, timelines or triggers).
