MARKET AND SELL CITY-OWNED PROPERTY. The City of Lake Elmo is seeking an experienced real estate broker to market and sell city-owned parcels near Ideal Ave N & 34th St (PID: 1602921240002). The broker should have experience in marketing both commercial and industrial land as most of the land is guided for Business Park development. The selected broker/firm will provide professional services in the area of real estate. Selected firms will be asked to provide full brokerage services.
