SBU/ Cooling Tower Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, and Repair

Overview

This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to perform Cooling Tower Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, and Repair at the East and West Power Plants and other buildings located on Main Campus at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, NY 11794 in accordance with the terms of 24/25-137MC and applicable Exhibits.

These services are needed to begin on or about June, 1, 2025.

Prevailing Wage Schedule

Bidder agrees that their bid shall be submitted with the requirement that all wages paid to the workers shall be no less than the minimum prescribed by the New York State Department of Labor for the specific crafts used in the area where the work is performed.
