Parking Lease

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Director (OD), All of Us (AoU), intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price award to One Parking for their lease parking of their parking lot.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 812930.

The basis for restricting competition is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 because only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is to maintain the lease of their parking lot.

The Period of Performance will be Date of Award for 9 months and two (2) option years, if exercised. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to ONE PARKING 477 S ROSEMARY AVENUE SUITE 216 WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33401 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii).

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than One Parking may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to anita.edwards@nih.gov by 1:00 PM EST on March 27, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
