| Solicitation Document Description: | This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply of mobile Pressurized Hot Water Washing, Degreasing and Aluminum Brightening of mobile equipment, Pressurized Hot Water Washing of Transfer Stations for the Solid Waste Management Services (SWMS) Division and Pressurized Hot Water Washing and Degreasing of various vehicles and equipment for the Fleet Services (FS) & Toronto Fire Services (TFS) Divisions, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”). |

Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meetings
.1 Suppliers are required to attend all mandatory meetings listed in section 1.5 above, to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The mandatory meetings will take place at two locations: TFS • June 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Toronto Fire Services, 40 Toryork Drive, North York, ON, M9L 1X6 SWMS • June 1, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ingram Transfer Station, 50 Ingram Drive North York, ON M6M 2L6 .2 Suppliers, shall advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meetings, with the following information: Name(s) of attendees Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the optional pre bid Meeting. .3 Site Meetings will not be available at any other times. .4 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .5 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. .6 Attendees should bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, high visibility vests, safety boots and long pants. .7 No statement or information provided in such meeting by either the City or the Suppliers will amend any provision of this RFQ or the Contract or may be relied upon by a Supplier in the RFQ process or its Bid, except and to the extent such statement or information is later confirmed through the issuance of an Addendum. |
