All proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal meeting walk-though on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at the Public Works Center, located at 655 Huehl Road, Northbrook, IL 60062. Representatives of the Village will be present to discuss the Work and answer questions. The Village reserves the right to reject any proposals submitted by proposers who fail to attend this pre-proposal meeting.
