All proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal meeting walk-though on Thursday, October 16 at 8:30 a.m. at Village Hall (rear parking lot) located at 1225 Cedar Lane, Northbrook, Il, 60062. Representatives of the Village will be present to discuss the Work and answer questions. Owner reserves the right to reject any proposals submitted by proposers who fail to attend this pre-proposal meeting.
