INVITATION TO BID

BAT CENTER GARAGE CONCRETE AND TRENCH DRAIN REPLACEMENT

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of existing ground floor concrete slabs and trench drain at its downtown Intermodal Transportation Center (BAT Center) parking garage.

The bid requirements of BAT and solicitation documents are available at no cost at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302 during regular business hours. Additionally, requests may be sent to BAT by e-mail to: jmech@ridebat.com. Be sure to include all contact information with your request.

Bids are due at BAT no later than 2:00PM on October 22, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-thru will be held at the BAT Center located at 10 Commercial Street, Brockton, MA 02302 on October 13, 2025 at 1:30PM.

The performance of this contract is subject to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all equal employment opportunity requirements. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Women Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to the request. The contract work resulting from this solicitation must be completed no later than November 21, 2025. This project is contingent on the availability of funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant agreement and the availability of funds from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Transportation.
