Under the provisions of The Northern Municipalities Act, 2010, the northern District is offering for sale by tender the following property at the Northern Settlement of Wollaston Lake:
Legal Land Description: Lot 1 Block 5 Plan 72PA00323 and Lot 19 Block 5 Plan 85PA08618

Land and building description and servicing: lot and building are sold as-is, where-is. Lot 1 is approximately 147ft x 78ft (0.28 acres), Lot 19 is irregular shaped, approximatedly 147ft x 115ft (0.29 acres). Garage is 20ft x 18ft, built in 2024. Wiring has a panel installed and there is a meter and energization stick for SaskPower. There are two other buildings on Lot 1: Older building 1 contains MBC radio equipment and an agreement to maintain access to that building will be required. Older building 2 is a storage building.
