The City of Cookeville, Tennessee, Department of Leisure Services will accept bids for the purchase of two 15-ton package unit systems for use at the Cane Creek Gymnasium in Cane Creek Park until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the Leisure Services Administrative Office at 10 East Broad Street, Cookeville, Tennessee. All bids should be addressed to City of Cookeville, Department of Leisure Services, P.O. Box 998, Cookeville, Tennessee, 38503. Please mark envelopes “Gymnasium HVAC Bid.” All bidders must meet enclosed specifications. GENERAL SCOPE
Contractor shall furnish all equipment as outlined in the specifications herein. City personnel will be responsible for demolition of existing system and installation of the new system and related ductwork, hardware, plumbing, gas lines, electrical work, and associated equipment at the Cane Creek Gymnasium, a municipal facility located at 180 CC Camp Road, Cookeville, Tennessee.
SPECIFICATIONS
The following shall outline the specifications of two 15-ton HVAC package unit systems to be used at the Cane Creek Gymnasium:

Two units to be Rheem model # RGEG2T180ACG32BBACCCY 15T G/E PKG 3PH 230V VFD 320K or equivalent using same footprint size- See schedule A

Each unit to include manual damper. Model #RXRF-AGA1 or equivalent See schedule B
Delivery
The successful bidder must be able to deliver equipment within 60 days following award of bid.
Warranty
Minimum of 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labor.
PAYMENT
The City of Cookeville shall make payment of the full contracted amount by check within 30 days of product delivery.
The City of Cookeville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
