SK240 EPS Foam Densifier shall meet the machine specifications available in "Related Documents" below.

Bid must include shipping to Danville, Kentucky

Bid must include installation, system start-up, and operator safety training, which shall include travel and accommodations.

Bid Submission:

Sealed bids must be received no later than December 15, 2025 @ 10:30am.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on December 15, 2025 @ 11:00am at the Boyle Co Courthouse, Fiscal Courtroom.

The RUNI SK 240 with a 45-degree hopper is designed for manually feeding

and compacting EPS foam, with a capacity of approximately 75kg per hour.

Key specifications include a 5.5 main motor, a 0.55 kW hydraulic pump

motor, and a 1.1 kW or 4.0kW pre-crusher motor. The machine achieves a

compaction ratio of up to 50:1, resulting in a dense block with a density

of about 350 kg/m3.
