Project Description: The City of Jefferson, Planning and Protective Services Department, herein referred to as City or PPS, seeks consultant services to work in partnership with the City and Capital City Housing Force to develop a comprehensive housing strategy. The City is soliciting sealed proposals for the services described in these specifications.
