Invitation to Bidders:
Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for the Marked Tree School District, will receive bids for trade packages for the Marked Tree School District –Re-roof.
Sealed bids will be received until 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2025, and shall be submitted to Ramsons in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids will be received, opened privately and then placed under review. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.
Bids will be received for the following trade packages:
Bid Package #1: Roofing
Construction Documents can be obtained by contacting Scott McDaniel at smcdaniel@ramsonsinc.net or by the phone number listed below.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Ramsons, Inc. and the Marked Tree School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
