INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry is conducting a competitive

bid process for Kennebec River Boating Facilities Improvements (BGS #3601) in Phippsburg,

Maine. Bids will be opened and read aloud by the Bureau of General Services at 2:00 p.m. on

February 3, 2026. The project includes removal and replacement of the precast concrete ramp
