Justification and Approval for the Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Mission Training Complex (W900KK-25-C-0007)

This is a non-personal services requirement to provide individual, leader, small unit, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the US Army’s I Corps, 7th Infantry Division, 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, 1st Special Forces Group, 1st Multi Domain Task Force, 3rd Multi Domain Task Force, 5th Security Force Assistance Brigade, and 13 assigned or separate Brigade Combat Teams, Functional, and/or Multi-Functional Brigades.

The current JBLM Mission Training Center (MTC) Task Order, W900KK-18-D-0003/W900KK-22-F-0036, with Valiant Integrated Services, LLC expired on 19 November 2024. This action established a six month C-type bridge contract of the current JBLM MTC requirement from 20 November 2024 to 19 May 2025, allowing time to complete the source selection process and finalize the next JBLM MTC competitive task order award, under the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) II Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (MATOC), while ensuring continuity of support for critical Mission Command (MC) training.
