Title: GJM Security and Lighting Enhancements

Under the terms of this bid, the bidder shall be capable of providing services for upgraded exterior building lighting at the George J. McMonagle (GJM) Administration Building . This project will also provide upgrades to the E ast 40 th St reet e ntrance g uardhouse . It has been recommended that the GJM facility’s exterior lighting should be upgraded for security purposes. This will include the parking lot area lighting, building egress lighting and rain garden area. It is also recommended to upgrade the East 40 th Street guardhouse to allow it to be staffed during standard office hours. These upgrades will include interior and exterior lighting, gate controls that are accessible and monitored from the front desk, security cameras, and a new power feed to the guardhouse.
The project is to be completed within fourteen (14) months of the start date. By submission of this bid, the bidder warrants that it is understood that this estimate was prepared by the Sewer District for the purpose of comparison of bids and that the estimated quantity is not guaranteed.
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and Site Inspection will be held at 10:00am at GJM on October 21, 2025, at the address below.
