Update 0005: Releases the Final RFP Documents for the H-1 Modernization Effort: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), H-1 Program Office (PMA-276), intends to conduct a competitive 8(a) set-aside procurement for services associated with on-site organizational, intermediate, and depot level aircraft maintenance and modifications in support of the USMC AH-1Z/UH-1Y. This will be a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract which Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) or Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type Task Orders will be placed against. The period of performance will include a five-year Base ordering period and two additional one-year Optional ordering periods. This period of performance is the time in which Task Orders may be placed against this IDIQ. Please see the RFP documents for required capabilities. The level of security clearance for this requirement is at the SECRET level. Foreign firms or U.S. companies determined to be under Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) will not be permitted to participate. Proposals are due by 1700 Eastern on 22 Aug 2025. For access to Attachment 1, the PWS and Attachment 4, the QASP, and 6, please provide a statement requesting the attachments, along with: a) Company Name and address, b) Name, title, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address of point of contact, c) CAGE Code and UEI Number (if applicable), and d) Business type to the POCs identified in this announcement. RESPONSES: All data received in response to this RFP that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be protected. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. Classified material SHALL NOT be submitted. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. The RFP and any amendments or updates will be posted to https://PIEE.eb.mil/ and https://SAM.gov/content/opportunities. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITES DAILY FOR ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Prospective offerors MUST register themselves on the aforementioned websites. RFPs will not be faxed and will be available only at the internet website addresses listed above. No phone calls will be accepted. ALL QUESTIONS shall be directed via email to the POCs identified in this announcement.
