TOS - Task Order Solicitation
Description
The Mayor’s Office of Infrastructure (MOI) requests proposals from the On-Call Professional Consultant Services Bench (RAMP ID: 209359) in the Transportation Planning and Engineering and Design Consulting service categories to support the development of a proposed Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) focused on infrastructure for the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games (2028 Games). The scope of work for this Task Order is to support MOI and provide project management, technical services and other as-needed expert consulting services to prepare and deliver a proposed CIP focused on the 2028 Games capital projects by November 2025. This 2028 Games-focused proposed CIP will serve as a basis for future development of a proposed 5, 10 and 20 year CIP for the City’s streets, parks and public spaces.
