The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct SD 27J Ballfield Additions & Improvements, Project No. PRG-02-2025. All Work must be completed within 120 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
Sealed bids will be received at the Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 13905 E. 112th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022, OR digitally at PRGSubmissions@c3gov.com until 4 p.m. MT, Friday, February 28, 2025.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10 a.m. MST, Monday, February 10, 2025, at Turnberry Elementary School, 13263 E. 108th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022. Bidders not represented at this site visit will not be allowed to submit bids.
