Bid Description:
The City of Essex Junction is requesting bids for the construction of a new 3-Bay Drying Bed at the Essex Junction Water Resource Recovery Facility. This work consists of the relocation of existing utilities, excavation, placing new concrete walls, concrete trench drains, installation of new utilities, paving and site restoration.

Bid documents can be obtained by contacting klangdeau@aeengineers.com. Bidders will be placed on a bidders list and will receive addenda via email. Bid documents will only be released to parties interested in bidding the project.

A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for June 10th, 2026 @ 10:00 AM on-site.
