RFP - Request For Proposal
Description
LAWA seeks competitive proposals for a professional services contract to administer LAWA’s general aviation aircraft landing fee program to include but not limited to aircraft tracking, billing activities, invoicing, active collections, collection of payments, account reconciliation activities, report generation, a web portal and call center services. To access the relevant documents, you must register in Bonfire and log in to the RFP portal. If you have any questions or concerns, you can use the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Bonfire to communicate with us. Please also check the “Public Notices” tab regularly for any updates or addenda to the RFP. We highly recommend attending the pre-proposal meeting, even though it is not mandatory.
