The Project consists of but not limited to: The Goal of the project is to fully renovate the 4 full bathrooms within the 2 locations with durable maintenance free fixtures and finishes including new tubs, tub surrounds, sinks, toilets, flooring, ventilation fans, plumbing and electrical fixtures. The Scope of the project includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of all existing fixtures and finishes then installing new. The work is estimated to cost $69,619.00. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as "the Contractor") agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Workforce benchmark percentages are a statutory requirement under MGL c. 149 section 44A(2)(G). THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder.
