Colonial Heights High School Sidewalk Improvements

Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA until, but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, April 24 2025 for the  Colonial Heights High School SidewalksImprovement Project.

A pre-bid conference will be held on April 3 2025 at 10:00 AM at City Hall Council Chambers, City Hall - 201 James Ave – 1 ^st Floor, Colonial Heights VA.

This project consists of installation of new sidewalks and ADA facilities along Elko Avenue and Conduit Road. The limits of construction are:

• The project limits will start at School Ave. to Edinborough Drive on the west side and Pleasant Dale Avenue to Riveroaks Drive on the east side.

The Colonial Heights High School Sidewalk Improvements project consists of installation of new pedestrian facilities including, but not limited to:

• Curb and Gutter
• Sidewalk
• ADA Ramps
• Driveway Entrances

There will be a 8% DBE Goal for this Project
