****The purpose of this additional notice is to provide the manufacturer of the equipment, NSN and Part number: Universal Jack Tester, NSN: 1730-01-329-6355 and Part number 7186-010****

Luke AFB intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to repair an existing Jack Tester as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 811310 and PSC code J049. Offerors must respond by signing both the solicitation and/all amendments submitted on this posting.

Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
