Description

NOTE: SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED UNDER FAR PART 13.5 SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ACQUISITIONS.





DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue solicitation # SPE7LX25RX036 under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Acquisitions. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). The firm-fixed price five-year LTC will be structured with a 3-year Base and 2 one-year Option periods.





The acquisition will include one National Stock Number (NSN) item, 6110-01-127-6491, and is being pursued to provide continued or improved supply availability.





This procurement will be solicited under unrestricted, full and open competition.



The solicitation will reflect Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, F.O.B. at Origin.



The item requires Contractor First Article Testing and additional requirements to be set forth in the solicitation.
