Snow Plowing and Removal at W, Averell Harriman State office Building Campus, Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, and Downtown Albany Facilities
Description:
This solicitation seeks a Contractor or multiple Contractors to enter into a five-year contract to provide snow plowing and removal services to the parking facilities in Albany, New York and include the W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus Facility (Campus), the Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza (ESP), and other Downtown Albany locations.
The locations to be serviced are divided into two lots and an award will be made for each lot or multiple lots of Bidder submits a bid for.
This solicitation has a mandatory site visit for each lot.
