REASONING FOR THE AMENDMENT IS TO CHANGE THE PSC CODE AND EDIT THE SET ASIDE CODE TO TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Air Compressor must meet the following requirements: - Must have 230/460 Volt 3 phase - Direct coupled, will not accept belt driven compressor - Drive and fan motor must be totally enclosed, fan cooled - Extended service intervals should be 4000-hour fluid filter and 8000 hour separator - Must have a NEMA 4 electrical rating - Must have a low sound enclosure - Must have factory-filled 8000 hour Quin Syn-Plus Fluid - Air Logic Advanced Intelligent Controller with Color Display - Must have a minimum of20horsepower - Must have a minimum of 97.2 ACFM flow - Must have a minimum of125PSIG full load pressure - Discharge size no less than 1? NPT - Maximum ambient temperature 115F - Minimum ambient temperature 32F - Must have a 3.43 gallon fluid capacity - Sound from compressor cannot exceed 67dBA - Dimensions must be as close to these dimensions as possible, 56.4L x 33.1W x 50.3 H
