Specs for S Adams Park Upgrades

Sealed bid for the City of Festus, 2025 S Adams Park upgrades will be received by the City of Festus, 950 N Fifth St, Festus, MO 63028, until 2:00pm CST on April 9th, 2025.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00pm CST on April 9th, 2025, at Festus Public Works, 950 N Fifth St, Festus, MO 63028.

The Scope of Work for the Project are as follows:

Excavation of the area for the concrete pavilion extension.

Install a 6” thick concrete pad attached to the existing pavilion pad, using a 6 sack mix with fiber mesh.

Instillation of an ADA ramp that will connect the parking lot to the pavilion.  Construction of the ramp must meet all ADA guidelines for proper construction.

Backfill, landscape and seeding and strawing around the disturbed area.

The City intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner.
