Provide UPS preventive maintenance to the Dwight D. Eisenhower Medical Center on the Eaton UPS system currently in use. Eaton is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Eaton Corporation is the only authorized provider of service support with Eaton developed proprietary service software for 3-phase UPS products. Eaton does not train, certify or support independent third party service providers to deliver or service its 3-phase UPS and power quality products. Eaton is the sole provider of repair parts and troubleshooting technologies for their UPS system.
