A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Ward Water
Plant located at 121 North Pendleton Street, High Point, NC 27260. City staff will be available to
discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements. All
prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based on a full
understanding of project specifications.
