This notice announces the award of a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to design, fabricate, and install a highly customized conference table and a U-shaped auxiliary table for the Rodman Conference Room (3D852). The table must meet specific dimensional, functional, aesthetic, and integration requirements to support the operational needs of the facility and maintain consistency with existing executive furnishings.

The main conference table (260” L × 64” W) seats 18–20 personnel and features a book-matched wood veneer finish, integrated power/data access (AC, RJ45, HDMI, USB), and a modular base design for wire management. The auxiliary table is a U-shaped credenza (108” L × 54” W) with a matching finish. The furniture matches the exact aesthetic, architectural, and integrated technological specifications of the recently renovated executive facility and similar conference table desgined and installed by OfficeWorks.
