The purpose of this solicitation is to select a vendor to provide the item described in this Solicitation (the "Work") at the best price and lead time to JEA.

Vendors are requested to submit two (2) quotes:
1. An initial quantity quote will be for a quantity of sixty (60) units. The quote must include a fixed unit price and a lead time of less than twenty (20) weeks.
2. A one (1) year term quote for an additional estimated quantity of 100 units. The quote must include a fixed unit price and provide lead time.

SWITCH, RADIO-CONTROLLED, THREE PHASE, 38KV, 12.5KA. WITH THREE (3) INTERNAL VOLTAGE SENSORS. TO BE USED IN COMBINATIONS WITH SWITCH CONTROL BOX (SWERC002). MOUNTING BRACKET SHALL BE AN ALLEY-ARM POLE MOUNT FRAME.
