Solicitation Document Description: In general, the scope of work of this project includes the state of good repair work involving structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, life safety and energy upgrades. Work includes the club house building, the tennis building, the bubble tennis building, the connection building between these structures, the exterior hard and soft landscaping and furniture, drainage system upgrades, and asphalt paving/concrete paving repairs.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Mandatory Site Meeting

.1        Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 11:00am local time on March 18, 2026 at the front entrance of L’Amoreaux Tennis Centre at 300 Silver Springs Blvd., Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times.

.2        Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered.

.3        Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant.
