The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the Administrative Resource Center (ARC), intends to award on a sole source basis to Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. No alternative source/competitive vendor or regulatory agency has been identified as a provider of this service. The proposed Contractor will provide employees with a 24/7 automated self-service retirement software that calculates annuity estimates, view associated benefits data, and manage their retirement information and requests. This software will provide the capability for 30,000 employees to obtain subscriptions that will transfer their personally identifiable information (PII) to Human Resource Specialists to perform essential tasks. The subscription software shall include a comprehensive library of Federal Benefits and e-learning capability. This acquisition will encompass a multi-user web-based government retirement and benefits software system that will meet the specifications described in the attached Statement of Objective.
