Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to permanently install a new 100kw generator at ONWASA’s Hubert Well #1 as specified in the Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on April 3, 2025, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. The well is located at 112 Old HWY 172, Hubert, NC 28539.
NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals for all bid opportunities at ONWASA.

A mandatory site visit for all bidders will be held at ONWASA’s Hubert Well No. 1 located at 112 Old HWY 172, Hubert, NC on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM. This will allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work location before submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visit shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
